and creating a beacon of hope for individuals, families, and communities. Our organization, LOCUS, Stands for League Of Community Unity and Support, embodying the tagline "A Place of Hope and Lives."
Established in 2019. In Antipolo City Rizal.
LOCUS started with gradual initiatives that urged each of us to continue helping others as an organization. Through self-reliance, contributions, solicitations, and the help of family and friends, we began our programs. Suddenly, a pandemic struck, making life extremely difficult and leaving everyone in disarray. During this time, we were even more encouraged to continue what we had started. Sponsors gradually began to trust us and extend their assistance and support to us—LOCUS - A Place of Hope and Lives. Our project has expanded, and we are now able to go to other places to help and provide assistance to our fellow citizens. As time goes by, we find ourselves loving our efforts to help others even more. Most of all, with each completed program, we are overwhelmed, and our hearts truly leap for joy. LOCUS is made up of ordinary citizens who tirelessly help from the bottom of their hearts, expecting nothing in return only the warmth smile.
OUR PROJECT
Our project encompasses a comprehensive range of initiatives, including extensive relief operations, community outreach programs, and donation drives. connecting with communities, and mobilizing donations. We aim to make a tangible difference through our efforts, community engagement, and resource mobilization and collect donations to support our community.

Mikee Jullanes Arcilla, born on November 1, 1994, in Brgy. Delapaz, Antipolo City, Rizal, is a passionate advocate for social change and the founder of LOCUS - a place of hope and lives. Driven by a deep commitment to transforming lives and empowering communities, Mikee has dedicated herself to creating a beacon of hope for those in need.Born into a loving family, Mikee is the daughter of Mr. Romeo Gonzales Arcilla and Ma. Isabel Datario Jullanes. She is the forth of five siblings, including Rosemarie, George, Cristina, and Maycel Anne. Growing up in a close-knit family instilled in her the values of compassion, empathy, and service to others, values that would later shape her life's work.Mikee's journey as a social entrepreneur began with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by many in her community. Recognizing the lack of opportunities and resources available to those in need, she felt a strong calling to make a difference. This led her to establish LOCUS, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals and families struggling with various obstacles.Through LOCUS, Mikee and her team have implemented numerous impactful programs that address critical issues such as poverty, education, and healthcare. Their work has touched the lives of countless individuals, offering them a chance to break free from the cycle of adversity and build a brighter future.Mikee's unwavering dedication to her cause has earned her recognition and respect within the community.
